Chickpea Salsa with Whole Grain Tortilla Chips
Serves: 5 Time: 20 mins
- Mix all ingredients of chickpea salsa in a mixing bowl and keep aside.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a microwaveable plate and spray some vegetable oil on it.
- Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Microwave for 4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Let the tortilla chips cool for 5 minutes and then serve together with the chickpea salsa.
